Installation of Helcon screw piles is always carried out by our experienced Project Site Supervisors and Installers.

All our excavator operators are fully trained and experienced in screw pile installation and pile allocation is made by our Site Supervisor, in accordance with the piling plan.

All our excavators are fitted with planetary drive units which are calibrated back to the drivers control panel.

By this method, operators are able to ascertain that the piles have been properly founded into the desired material and that the pile has been installed to its desired load capacity. 

A complete set of installation data is recorded and maintained for each pile on the site and becomes the factural basis behind the Engineers' foundation certification.
